Are you insured? 

DFW Headshots carries full liability coverage for every shoot.  Let us know if you’d like to receive a certificate of insurance. 

Billing & payment

DFW Headshots accepts check or credit card. We require 50% retainer before the shoot and the balance before file delivery. We will send online galleries before payment but require full payment before photo delivery.  We can also provide your accounting department with a W9.

How long does it take to get my images?

For most headshot sessions our turnaround time is three business days to get your gallery of images. Once you make your retouching selections it is typically another two to three business days before your final, edited images are delivered to you. If you have a deadline and need something even faster, be sure to let us know when you book so that we can accommodate you.

Cancellation policy:

Cancel less than 48 hours before the session: $50 booking fee
Reschedule less than 48 hours before the session: $25 re-booking fee
